Description of Services: This program provides early intervention services to individuals experiencing substance induced psychosis or early episode psychosis and their families. Support is offered to those in crisis associated with early episode psychosis.
Requirements
Age: 14 - 35 years
Application: Individuals may be referred by other service providers or may self-refer by phone or in person. Contact Intake Worker to complete initial referral form. A comprehensive screening will be done by the early intervention worker.
