| Description of Services: | Caregiver Skills Building enhances parent/caregiver capacity to understand, support, and adaptively respond to the mental health needs of their children and youth. This service enables parents/caregivers to better address a child or youth’s mental health issues by changing attitudes, and behaviours, providing support as they adjust to a new diagnosis, and/or working to increase consistency, predictability, structure and routines into the home. | ||

| Application: | Referrals are accepted from self, families, and other community organizations. Complete the online intake form, call or email for referral. Each referral will be reviewed and service options will be discussed with the client. | ||
