Program: Opioid Use Disorder Program - Bradford - Pharmalink Ida Pharmacy

Description of Services: Support program for people who are experiencing problems related to opioids. Program offers medication assisted treatments to treat opioid use disorder. A harm reduction approach is taken, where abstinence (i.e. complete avoidance of substance use) is not required. Medication assisted treatments include: methadone maintenance treatment (MMT), buprenorphine maintenance treatment (BMT), and Kadian (slow release oral morphine). Program team includes counsellors, psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialists. All services are covered by OHIP.
Requirements
Age: 18 years and older
Application: Self-referrals are accepted. No appointment or referral is necessary for a new assessment. New assessments are at any time during all clinic hours. Please call for information.
