Description of Services:	Individual and couples counselling is available which may include counselling for: - coping with daily pressures, grief or loss - having difficulties communicating - addressing parenting issues - suffering from depression or anxiety - adjusting to family changes Single session therapy is available. French to follow: Des conseils individuels et de couple sont disponibles, pouvant inclure des conseils pour : - faire face aux pressions quotidiennes, au chagrin ou à la perte - avoir des difficultés à communiquer - aborder les questions parentales - souffrant de dépression ou d'anxiété - s'adapter aux changements familiaux Une thérapie à séance unique est disponible.

Fees:	Yes, A sliding scale for fees may be offered to those with low income.

Age:	18 years and older

Application:	Referrals are accepted from all sources including self-referrals. Call for intake.
