Description of Services: The Outpatient Psychiatric Consultation Service offers either: - a one-time direct consultation to individuals who have not been seen in the last 12 months - systematic case review between a psychiatrist and primary care provider The service does not provide consultation to individuals whose main symptoms are due to Developmental Disability or Acquired Brain Injury, those requiring specialized services, or patients seeking to complete legal or disability documentation. This service is not a follow-up service, however, our psychiatrists may offer additional visits on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Referrals accepted from: primary care providers, and schedule 1 facilities. Individuals must have a primary care provider.
