The Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) program is a rent subsidy program for men and women with addiction and at risk of homelessness in the city of Greater Sudbury. The ASH program is a collaboration between individual, case manager, and landlord. |

Age: | All | ||
Application: | Must be assessed and referred by an addictions organization in Sudbury. Individuals must have a history of substantial substance use, be homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless, or require support in the form of life skills to successfully maintain tenancy. The individual has expressed the desire to live independently, is making changes in their substance use (abstinence/harm-reduction), qualifies for a rent supplement, has a legitimate income, and must reside in the city of Greater Sudbury. | ||
