Description of Services: The Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM) is a medical clinic for individuals who are looking for help in regards to their substance use.

The doctors at the clinic have experience treating individuals struggling with alcohol or opioid use. Doctors will assess each individual and develop a treatment plan accordingly. Referrals to community organizations for further support can be arranged.

Application: Referrals are accepted from all sources including self. Walk-in’s accepted. Copies of referral forms to be completed are available for download.
