Description of Services: The Regional Warm Line is a pre-crisis telephone support service that offers a listening ear and peer support.

Warm Line staff have experienced their own mental health challenges and turn to their experiences as well as training in peer support,

Age: All
Application: Anyone across northeastern Ontario can call directly to the phone line for peer support. The Warm Line is available to anyone feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, depressed, etc., and/or seeking connection and support from an empathetic listening ear.
