Program: Protecting Children

Description of Services: Receives calls, letters and emails from people who are concerned for the welfare of a child
  • investigates alleged emotional, sexual, physical abuse and neglect of a child
  • develops a service plan which is intended to alleviate risk to the child
  • provides monitored and supervised access programs which offers a safe, neutral setting where visits can take place under supervision
  • gives the family, extended family and friends an opportunity as a group to make a plan for the child
