Description of Services: | This program provides support and advocacy to individuals within the criminal justice system who are experiencing mental illness and/or substance use issues, and links clients with community mental health services. | ||

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Clients with Legal Issues Only ; Indigenous Peoples (Canada) Only ; First Nations Only | ||
Age: | 18 years and older | ||
Application: | Individuals may be referred through the courts, probation officers and police. Families/ individuals may self-refer. Please call and request Court Diversion Worker for appointment/ assessment. | ||
