Description of Services: This program provides support and advocacy to individuals within the criminal justice system who are experiencing mental illness and/or substance use issues, and links clients with community mental health services.
Requirements
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Clients with Legal Issues Only ; Indigenous Peoples (Canada) Only ; First Nations Only
Age: 18 years and older
Application: Individuals may be referred through the courts, probation officers and police. Families/ individuals may self-refer. Please call and request Court Diversion Worker for appointment/ assessment.
