Hot meals
  • some special diets accommodated
  • consists of 237ml juice (or milk at added cost), soup, salad, bread, entree and dessert
  • hot meals are delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and a security check

Home meal replacement program (frozen meals)
  • delivered or picked up in office bi-weekly
  • clients choose from a menu consisting of entree, soup and dessert
  • special diets accommodated
  • supports more complex dietary needs including renal, puree, low sodium, low fat, lactose free, diabetic and vegetarian diets

Wheels to meals program (congregate dining)
  • combines social interaction and nutrition
  • people are invited to common location to enjoy activities and a healthy meal
