Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) is a program for girls and boys, and their parents/caregivers. This gender-specific cognitive-behavioural model provides a framework for teaching children struggling with behaviour issues, and their parents, effective emotional regulation, self-control, and problem-solving skills. |
