Description of Services: A community-based service designed to assist individuals who are seeking help for and information about alcohol, drug, or gambling problems. This organization offers counselling, relapse prevention, follow-up, and community education. This organization offers the following services: crisis response and information referral, community support and case management, court outreach and diversion, developmental disabilities program, community treatment orders program (CTO), early psychosis intervention, Behaviour Supports Ontario, social recreation, concurrent disorders, peer self-help, support housing, assertive community treatment teams (ACT teams), community outreach and transitional support services, education services, volunteer services, and senior's mental health program.
Requirements
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Self-referrals or community organization referrals are accepted. Call or walk-in during operational hours to complete a referral.
