Description of Services: Free guided self-help skill-building program managed by the association * available over the phone

Program initiatives: 
  • assists youth to manage mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression
  • online educational videos or telephone coaching sessions (3-6 month period)
  • materials and resources to support individuals on their path to mental wellness
  • based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)

* Adults can access this service through a broader provincial program, Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) that offers Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions, a range of services that are delivered in person, by telephone or virtually

Application: Medical referral * Self-referral * Online referral form to be completed, available on website * referrals cannot be sent directly from a hospital emergency department or in-patient psychiatric unit
