Description of Services: | The Baby Lucious Neo-Natal Hub provides wellness and support for at-risk parents, children and families. The program assists high-risk Indigenous women and provides access to prenatal care, support and education on harm reduction strategies to reduce high risk behaviors. The Neonatal program supports intermediate to high-risk women and families who are pregnant and/or have children between the ages of 0 to 18 months. | ||
