Description of Services:	Mental health service that is delivered by a multidisciplinary health team to initiate treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to accommodate a client's objectives * service is for those who have serious and persistent mental health illnesses Services available: multiple daily contacts support for Indigenous clients (in relation to Indigenous affairs) individualized recovery focused treatment/counselling clinical psychiatric treatment crisis prevention, intervention and management assistance with activities of daily living support in employment/vocational and recreational activities advocacy health promotion and teaching referrals to other community resources coordination of support service delivery in community locations
