Program: Assertive Community Treatment Team

Description of Services: Mental health service that is delivered by a multidisciplinary health team to initiate treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to accommodate a client's objectives * service is for those who have serious and persistent mental health illnesses

Services available:
  • multiple daily contacts
  • support for Indigenous clients (in relation to Indigenous affairs)
  • individualized recovery focused treatment/counselling 
  • clinical psychiatric treatment
  • crisis prevention, intervention and management
  • assistance with activities of daily living 
  • support in employment/vocational and recreational activities
  • advocacy
  • health promotion and teaching 
  • referrals to other community resources
  • coordination of support
  • service delivery in community locations
