Description of Services: This program provides support to self-identifying Indigenous people who require assistance in the area of substance use assessment, treatment, support, advocacy, and coordination. Addiction services include prevention, community treatment, referrals to residential treatment, and wellness planning.

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: First Nations Only ; Inuit Only ; Indigenous Peoples (Canada) Only ; Metis Only
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Referrals can come from any source. We accept self-referrals and referrals for family members.
