Description of Services: The Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM) is a medical clinic for individuals who are looking for help with their substance use. Treatment is available for individuals looking for medical management to support withdrawal, and reduction of cravings. Our prescribers will assess and develop and individualized treatment plan.
Requirements
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Self-referrals are encouraged. We accept referrals from other programs and organizations. Walk-ins are welcome, and will be managed based on availability of staff.
