Description of Services: Aboriginal Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC): Supports for pregnant women and families with children 0-6 years * home visits by nurses and other home visitors help expectant and new parents with having a healthy pregnancy and birth, breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, and being a parent

Maternal Child Health Program: Supports pregnant First Nation women and their families with infants and young children, who reside on the First Nation, helping them reach their fullest developmental and lifetime potential

Assists and works with children experiencing delays of development and enhance parenting skills to promote healthy child development in the home or in programming

Provides planned activities with the focus on prenatal and post-natal care

Delivers community-based activities to First Nation women and their children assisting them to gain knowledge and support through culturally based programming
