Description of Services: The Canadian Mental Health Association Sudbury/Manitoulin (CMHA-S/M) provides compassionate mental health and substance use health services, education and advocacy to support people in navigating their unique paths to wellness. Programs include intake and clinical services, justice services, housing case management, residential housing programs and mental health promotion and education.
Requirements
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Self-referrals accepted. Call, walk-in or complete the on-line form to initiate contact and arrange for an intake appointment. The intake worker is also available to assist with issues that require brief service and to provide general information and assistance to family members.
