Program: Release From Custody - Sudbury - Elm Street

Description of Services: As part of the Justice Program, Release from Custody Support assists individuals who are incarcerated and looking for support as they transition back into the community. Support is offered up to 3-months pre-release and for 3-6 months post-release from custody.
Requirements
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Clients with Legal Issues Only
Age: 16 years and older
Application: Anyone can refer including self-referrals. Family members and friends can access the services initially on behalf of the individual. Call, walk-in or complete the on-line form to initiate contact and arrange for an intake. If in custody, request can be submitted to the Classification Officer who will contact the worker.
