Description of Services:	Provides training to Metis individuals with programs geared towards finding and keeping work or increasing career skills such as: provides on-the-job experience by paying employers part of an employees wages helps develop skills to prepare for the job market, including life skills, job readiness, literacy and upgrading classes assists individuals to enter or re-enter the labour market assists individuals to secure employment outside their immediate residency provides employment experience to benefit clients, the community and / or the local economy assists youth through internships, on the job training and community service projects provides the tools necessary to assist individuals with disabilities secure and complete training and/or employment provides summer employment opportunities for Métis students helps Métis students with financial assistance at various Colleges and Universities across the Province
